Peles Builders is a veteran-owned business led by partners Machi Versano and Omer Davidian, who both served in the military. We take on fewer projects so your home gets our full attention, careful craftsmanship, and personal care.
Peles means "level" in Hebrew. Our name reflects the precision, balance, and care we bring to every home.

How long will my renovation take?
The schedule depends on the scope, design decisions, materials, approvals, and existing conditions. We discuss these dependencies and provide a project-specific plan before construction. During the work, daily updates explain progress and any changes.
How do I get a quote?
Request a free consultation with your project type and city or ZIP code. We discuss your needs, review the space, and prepare a written quote describing the proposed work.
Can I revise the design?
Yes. We refine the layout, materials, and finishes with your feedback before you approve the design. Your proposal defines the design scope; additional requests are discussed with their impact on price and timing.
How are payments and changes handled?
Your written agreement sets out the scope, price, and payment schedule. If you request changes or site conditions require additional work, we explain the scope, cost, and schedule impact for approval before proceeding.
Who handles permits and approvals?
We identify the approval coordination needed for your scope and discuss who is responsible before construction. Requirements depend on the work and the city or county reviewing it. HOA review may also be relevant.
Can we live at home during construction?
It depends on safe access, available bathrooms and cooking facilities, and how much of the house is affected. We discuss protection, utility interruptions, phasing, and whether temporary accommodation would be more practical.
Who will work in our home?
Our in-house designer and our own experienced crews work together from planning through construction. Daily communication covers what was completed, what is planned next, and who will be arriving.
Where and when do you work?
We serve Irvine and communities across Orange County, including Newport Beach, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Dana Point, and San Clemente. Our working hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
